Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use MawVPN to:

• commit or facilitate any offence under Indian law or the law of the country you are in;
• access, distribute or store child sexual abuse material, or content that is obscene, defamatory or promotes terrorism or violence;
• hack, scan, DDoS, brute-force or otherwise attack systems or networks you do not own;
• send spam or phishing, or run mail servers (outbound SMTP is blocked);
• commit financial fraud, carding, identity theft or impersonation;
• infringe copyright (including torrenting copyrighted works);
• resell or share your account, or exceed the device limit of your plan;
• bypass, tamper with or reverse-engineer the activation, trial or logging systems.

Breach leads to immediate suspension, and relevant records will be handed to authorities where the law requires.
