Terms of Service
Last updated 20 Oct 2026. By creating an account or using MawVPN you agree to these terms.
1. Service
MawVPN is a virtual private network service operated by the Operator. It encrypts traffic between your device and our servers. Service is available only while your free trial or paid plan is active and activated by our servers.
2. Free trial
One free trial of 7 days is allowed per person and per device, ever. Creating multiple accounts, spoofing device identifiers or any other attempt to obtain a second trial is a breach of these terms and may lead to termination without refund.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for everything done through your account.
4. Logging and cooperation with authorities
To comply with Indian law (including the CERT-In Directions of 28 April 2022 and the Information Technology Act, 2000) and to prevent abuse, we keep records of: your account details, the devices registered, connection times, your real source IP address, the VPN address assigned to you, data volumes, and the destination addresses/ports of connections made through the service. These records are kept for 5 years and are disclosed to courts or competent authorities on a lawful request. This is not a no-logs service. See the Privacy & Logging policy.
5. Payments
Plans are prepaid. Prices include GST where applicable. See Refund policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the network, or are required to be blocked by law. Subscription time already paid is not refunded when termination is caused by your breach.
7. Software and updates
Our apps update automatically to keep you secure. Old versions may stop working. The apps require activation from our servers; cracked, modified or emulated clients are not supported and are blocked.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan period.
9. Governing law
Indian law applies; courts at the Operator's registered place of business have jurisdiction.
